Beyond Green

Utilizing environmentally friendly construction techniques and landscaping, The River Lodge on the Susquehanna may soon be the first LEED for Homes certified residence in Central Pennsylvania.   This home has been slated for a Gold certification upon completion of the LEED requirements for green building construction.  A team of dedicated professionals and suppliers have meticulously created a home in an environmentally sensitive manner, in an area full of wildlife, fishing, hiking, and other recreation opportunities.  Expected completion of construction is by year’s end 2011.
